Introduction
As explained in the article 🔦 Envoyer des comptes/contacts dans mon CRM, Predict can connect directly to your Salesforce CRM in order to send Leads, Accounts, Account/Contacts, and/or retrieve customer Accounts.
This tutorial explains how to set up the connector.
Creating a Connected App in Salesforce
- Log in to your Salesforce environment with an Administrator profile.
- Open the Salesforce Setup menu
- Depuis le menu Applications : Applications clientes externes, Paramètres, créez une Nouvelle application connectée.
- Fill in the required information :
- Connected App Name : A name that identifies the application, e.g. "Sparklane_Push_CRM"
- API Name: Automatically generated
- Enable OAuth Settings: Yes

Callback URL :
- https://predict.sparklane.fr/oauth-redirect.html
- https://predict.ellisphere.com/oauth-redirect.html

Selected OAuth Scopes :
- Manage user data via APIs (api)
- Perform requests at any time (refresh_token, offline_access)
- Require Secret for Web Server Flow: Yes
- Do not select any other options, especially PKCE.
- Save the application and retrieve the Consumer Details

We will need the Salesforce environment URL, the Consumer Key, and the Consumer Secret to set the connector in Predict / Target.
This next step can be done with your Customer Success Manager.
We will also need to map the Predict / Target fields with the Salesforce fields (Lead or Account/Contact).
